Apr 4- Set up ends 7pm SLT

Apr 5- Standby set up 7am SLT
Apr 6- Blogger preview
Apr 6- Final walk through
Apr 7- TAW opens 12 pm SLT
Apr 28- TAW closes 12 pm SLT

SPONSORS
  • Sponsors receive 1 large booth at the landing area. 

  • PRICE: 5000L

  • PRIMS: 80

  • Must provide minimum 1 exclusive item.

  • Limit 2 gacha machines. 

  • MEDIA: Designer logo will appear prominently on:

    • The official advertising media.

    • This website.

DESIGNERS
  • Designers receive one medium booth.

  • PRICE: 2500L

  • PRIMS: 40

  • Must provide minimum 1 exclusive item.

  • Limit 1 gacha machine. 

  • MEDIA: Designer name will appear prominently on:

    • The official advertising media.

    • This website.

RULES
  • Timeline must be adhered to. Make sure to pay your booth fees and set up on time. 

  • Designers not ready on time and lacking communication with event staff, will be ejected from the event.

  • A standby list will be available for set up by Apr 5.

  • You must have one group slot available. All information will be passed through the group. It is mandatory to stay in the group through the end of the event on April 28.

  • It is mandatory to send review copies of your event-exclusive items through the group.

  • It is mandatory to rez the TAW promotional poster in your store ASAP. 

  • You will be denied entrance to set up at the event until the TAW promotional poster is displayed in your store. 

  • It is mandatory to have one NEW EXCLUSIVE RELEASE adhering to the theme outlined (here). Recolors or items that have been shown at another event or in your store, will NOT be accepted.

  • Templates are allowed BUT they must be high quality and altered in such a way as to be unrecognizable from another template user.

  • Template makers' TOS must be adhered to. 

  • Your exclusive item may only be sold outside of the event after it ends on April 28.  

  • Designers may set their own pricing, this is NOT a discount event. 

  • No pornographic material please. This is not the theme of the event and items will be returned. Tasteful nudity and depiction of breasts and nipples are welcome. 

  • No use of branded logos or copyright material will be accepted (i.e. Disney, Barbie, Chanel) Items will be returned.

  • No use of hateful symbols or language directed at any group of people. Items will be returned and you will be hexed.  

  • We will only accept these scripts: VENDOR-GACHA-LANDMARK GIVER. All other scripts will be returned.

  • Demo area will be available for home/decor items.

  • Decorations, vendors, etc must be kept inside your booth.

  • Designers MUST add their exclusive item to the SotW Flickr group. (here)
